One of the important activities of our institute is the nutritive value of foods consumed by different population groups in the country. I am sending herewith a few extracts of over annual reports of the work done in this area, for your information. As a part of this programme, we are interested in the study of common as well as uncommon (or less familiar) foods, for their nutritional evaluation. We very much appreciate your interest in the foods of forest origin.
