If you are a newly vegan you have sufficient reserves for another decade. But otherwise take a substitute. Nutritional yeast is the best source of Vitamin B 12. Miso (a thick paste made from fermented soybeans and barley or rice malt) and some seaweeds contain minimal amount as well. One can take B 12 in multi vitamin or B 12 supplement.
