अथ षष्ठं भाववृत्तसूक्तम् । अनुवाकः ८। सूक्तम् ६ । ऋचः १-५ । यस्येमे वयमिदं पश्च, देवरातो वैश्वामित्रः, भाववृत्तं, त्रिष्टुप् || Now this the Bhavavritta Sukta, Sixth in the Eighth Anuvaka
Section VIII, Hymn 6, Riks 1-5- BHAVAVRTTA The Sixth Hymn beginning with 'Yasyeme Vayam' contains five Rks%3B Daivarăta Vaiśvāmitra is the Rshi; Bhāvavịtta is the god and the metre is Trishtup.
अथ प्रथमा ऋक् । यस्येमे वयमिहेदं वदामो यो वाऽस्मासु पुनर्निरन्तरोऽन्तः ॥ स नः पिता जनिता स नो भर्ता
स नः कलयिता स्वयमात्मनि ॥ १॥ पदपाठः – यस्य । इमे । वयम् । इह । इदम् । वदामः ।
यः । वा । अस्मासु । पुनरिति । निःऽअन्तरः । अन्तरिति ॥
सः । नः । पिता । जनिता । सः । नः । भर्ता । · सः । नः । कलयिता । स्वयम् । आत्मनि ॥ He (the Supreme Being) of whom we are born and he who says this here, and he who pervades in us through and through, is our Father, being our creator. He is our supporter. It is he who gathers us back into himself.
अन्वयभाष्यम्। यस्य ईश्वरस्य वयमिमे विस्फुलिङ्गा इवाग्नेः, इह इदं वदामः चेतनात्मकलया आप्यायिता चेष्टामहे इति यावत्, यो वा पुनः अस्मासु सर्वेषु प्राणभृत्सु अन्तःशरीरे निरन्तर: नखशिखान्तं व्याप्तः, अत्र च अन्तरात्मनः हृदय-मनो-मूर्धादिस्थानविभागं ऋषिः गौणं मन्यते, सः प्रचेतनः प्रत्यगात्मा नः जनिता जनयिता, पिता, सः एव नः भर्ता सन्धारकः पालकश्च भवति, स: नः स्वयं आत्मनि कलयिता योजयिता अन्ते इति ||
COMMENTARY-SUMMARY TRANSLATION We all come from him (God ) like sparks from fire. We say this here. We are like particles of his energy, and are acting all the time.
