Dr. Kamla Jain is a Reader in the Dept. of philosophy in Jesus and Mary college, University of Delhi, where she is teaching Philosophy since 1969. She took her Doctorate from Delhi University, Dept. of Buddhist studies. She has travelled extensively in India and abroad. She has contributed many papers in magazines and seminars. This is her third book, the other two books are 'Concept of Pancasila in Indian Thought-published by Pärsvanatha Vidyapitha, Varanasi 1983 and 'Kanikayen'- published by Rishabh Charan Jain and Sons. Delhi 1994.
