Incomp. Folios are greatly damaged. Not in proper arrangement. The 1st 2nd & 3rd folios appear to be in malayalam & hence probably not connected to the manuscript which is fully in Tamil otherwise. Medicines for various ailments & their qezas (diet restrictions) given. Note-book size. Other work begins from the back side of the note-book. Incomp. Folio numbers not clear.
