BHUSHAN JAIN JAILED FOR 3 YEARS FOR CHEATING PNB NEW DELHI: A special court sentenced a Punjab National Bank employee Sat Bhushan Jain to three years jail term on for duping around Rs one crore from the bank customers and fraudulently transferred the money into his wife's account. The accused, Sat Bhushan Jain, was sacked by the bank soon after he was caught cheating. Additional sessions judge Vinod Goel also imposed a fine of Rs 56,000 after holding Bhushan guilty under various provisions of the IPC dealing with cheating and misappropriation of public money. Bhushan had opened an account in the name of his wife, misrepresenting her as owner of a proprietorship firm called S S investment company, the prosecution said.
