Bhujangäsan (Cobra Pose)
Steps:
1
Lie on your stomach, arms kept at the respective sides with palms down, legs fully stretched out with toes pointing outwards, chin touching ground. 2 Inhaling slowly raise the head, truck, chest and abdomen till the navel portion is about to leave the ground.
3 The upper part of the body from the waist is only to be lifted up in the manner of a cobra head.
4 Retain the breathing when you have raised the trunk.
5 Exhaling slowly come back to the original position relaxing completely.
