ब्राह्मणी की कुक्षि में स्थापित करो। गर्भरूप में स्थापित करके मुझे यह मेरी प्राज्ञा तत्काल वापिस करो, अर्थात् मुझे सूचना प्रदान करो।" २६. तदनन्तर वह पदातिसेना का सेनापति हरिनगमेषी देव शक्र-देवेन्द्र-देवराज की उक्त प्राज्ञा को सुनकर प्रसन्न हुमा। यावत् हर्षित हृदय से, यावत् दोनों हथेलियां एकत्रित कर अंजलि जोड़कर "देव, की जैसी प्राज्ञा" इस प्रकार कहकर वह प्राज्ञा-वचन को विनय पूर्वक स्वीकार करता है। आज्ञा-वचन को विनय पूर्वक स्वीकार कर वह हरिनैगमेषी देव शक्र-देवेन्द्र- देवराज के पास से निकलता है। निकल कर, उत्तरपूर्व दिशा अर्थात् ईशानकोण की ओर जाता है। वहां जाकर वैक्रिय समुद्घात कर प्रात्मप्रदेशों को बाहर निकालता है। वैक्रिय समूद्धात द्वारा यात्मप्रदेशों को बाहर निकाल करके संख्यात योजन का विस्तृत दण्ड निकालता है । यथा- रत्न, वज्र, वैडूर्य, लोहिताक्ष मसारगल्ल, हंसगर्भ, पुलक, सौगन्धिक, ज्योतिरस, अंजन, अंजनपुलक, रजत, जातरूप, सुभग, ग्रंक, स्फटिक और
26. Having received these instructions from Indra, the supreme god, the king of gods, Harinaigamesi, commander of footsoldiers, was exceedingly gladdened with joy. He saluted Indra with folded hands and set forth on his mission. He quickly crossed the north-eastern horizon and exercising his power of transformation, transformed himself into a stick measuring myriads of yojanas in length. This stick was composed of various precious stones, precious metals and gems such as vajra, vaidiarya, lohitaksa, masāragalla, hamsagarbha, pulaka, sangandhika, jyotirasa, aitjana, amjana-pulaka, silver, gold, subhaga, aika, sphatika, and rsa. Harinaigamesi gathered only the subtle essence of these gems and not their gross substance.
