In the eight bandhasthanas (binding places) mentioned in the nāmakarma, the twenty-eight prakṛtis (intrinsic dispositions) of the bandhasthana are as follows - Naragati (rebirth in hell), Pañcendriyajāti (five-sensed existence), Vaikriyikasharīra (transformable body), Taijasasharīra (fiery body), Kārmaṇasharīra (karmic body), Hundaṃsaṭṭhāna (circular shape), Vaikriyikasharīrāṃgopāṃga (transformable body-limbs), Varṇa (color), Gandha (odor), Rasa (taste), Sparśa (touch), Naragatiprayogyānupūrvī (rebirth in hell-prone successive births), Agurulaghu (heavy-light), Upagghāta (obstruction), Paragghāta (injury to others), Ucchvāsa (respiration), Apraśasta vihāyogati (inauspicious mode of movement), Trasa (mobile), Bādara (gross), Paryāpta (complete), Pratyekasharīra (individual body), Sthira (stable) and Asthira (unstable), Śubha (auspicious) and Aśubha (inauspicious), Subhaga (fortunate) and Durbbhaga (unfortunate), Susvara (melodious voice) and Duḥsvara (discordant voice), Ādeya (worthy of respect) and Anādeya (unworthy of respect), Yaśaḥkīrti (good reputation) and Ayaśaḥkīrti (bad reputation), and Nirmāṇa (construction) nāmakarma; all these twenty-eight prakṛtis have their existence in a single bhāva (mode of being). ॥ 61 ॥
Naragati pañcendriya - pajjattasaṃjuttaṃ bandhamāṇassa taṃ micchāditthi'ssa. ॥ 62 ॥
This twenty-eight prakṛtis bandhasthana binds the Naragati (rebirth in hell) associated with Pañcendriyajāti (five-sensed existence) and Paryāpta (complete) nāmakarma for the one with wrong belief. ॥ 62 ॥
Tirikkhagatināmāe pañca thāṇāṇi - tīsāe egūṇatīsāre chabbīsāe paṇuvīsāe tevīsa thāṇaṃ cedi. ॥ 63 ॥
The nāmakarma of Tiryaggati (animal rebirth) has five bandhasthanas - Tīsaprakṛtika, Ekanavatiṃśaprakṛtika, Ṣaḍviṃśaprakṛtika, Pañcaviṃśaprakṛtika, and Trayastriṃśaprakṛtika bandhasthanas. ॥ 63 ॥
Tattha imaṃ paḍhamatīsāe ṭhāṇaṃ - tirikkhagatī pañcindiyajādī orāliya - tejākamma yasarīraṃ chahaṃ saṃṭṭhāṇāṇamekkatarā orāliyasarīraṃgoppaṃgaṃ chaṇhaṃ saṃghaḍaṇāṇamekkatarā vaṇṇagandha-rasa - phāsaṃ tirikkhagatipāyoggāṇupuvvī aguruvalahu-uvagghād - paragghād - ussāsujjīvaṃ donhaṃ vihāyagadīṇamekkatarā tasa bādara - pajjatta patteyasarīraṃ thirāthirāṇamekkatarā subhāsubhāṇamekkatarā suhava - duhavāṇamekkatarā sussara dussarāṇamekkatarā ādeya-aṇādeyyāṇamekkatarā yasakitti ajjasakittīṇamekkatarā ṇimiṇṇāmaṃ ca. Edāsiṃ paḍhamatīsāe paḍaṇaṃ ekkaṃmhi caiva thāṇe. ॥ 64 ॥
In the aforementioned five bandhasthanas of the nāmakarma related to Tiryaggati, the first Tīsaprakṛtika bandhasthana is as follows - Tiryaggati, Pañcendriyajāti, Audārikasharīra, Taijasasharīra, Kārmaṇasharīra, one of the six saṃsthānas, one of the six saṃhananas, Varṇa, Gandha, Rasa, Sparśa, Tiryaggatiprayogyānupūrvī, Agurulaghu, Upagghāta, Paragghāta, Ucchvāsa, Ujjīva, one of the two vihāyogatis, Trasa, Bādara, Paryāpta, Pratyekasharīra, one of the Sthira and Asthira, one of the Śubha and Aśubha, one of the Subhaga and Durbbhaga, one of the Susvara and Duḥsvara, one of the Ādeya and Anādeya, one of the Yaśaḥkīrti and Ayaśaḥkīrti, and Nirmāṇa nāmakarma; all these thirty prakṛtis have their existence in a single bhāva. ॥ 64 ॥
