[140] In the Chakkhandagama, the duration of the Jiva-sthanas (states of existence) are as follows:
68. With reference to different Jivas, the Mithyadrishti (wrong-believers) in the human state, human-bodied, and human-natured exist for all time.
69. With reference to a single Jiva, the minimum duration of the above three types of Mithyadrishti humans is one antarmuhurata.
70. With reference to a single Jiva, the maximum duration of the above three types of Mithyadrishti humans is three palakapama more than the previous infinite time.
71. With reference to different Jivas, the Sāsādana-samyagdrishti (partially right-believing) Jivas in the above three types of humans exist for a minimum of one samaya.
72. With reference to different Jivas, the maximum duration of the Sāsādana-samyagdrishti Jivas in the above three types of humans is one antarmuhurata.
73. With reference to a single Jiva, the minimum duration of the Sāsādana-samyagdrishti in the above three types of humans is one samaya.
74. With reference to a single Jiva, the maximum duration of the Sāsādana-samyagdrishti in the above three types of humans is six āvali.
75. With reference to different Jivas, the Sammamicchādrishti (mixed right and wrong belief) in the above three types of humans exist for a minimum of one antarmuhurata.
76. With reference to different Jivas, the maximum duration of the Sammamicchādrishti in the above three types of humans is one antarmuhurata.
77. With reference to a single Jiva, the minimum duration of the Sammamicchādrishti in the above three types of humans is one antarmuhurata.
