include all Salats and professional builders). (6) That would give prizes and certificate of proficien
cy to deserving students. (5) To arrange so that building and repairing of Jain Pub.' lic Buildings-specially temples-be done only under the direct control and supervision of men (may be Salats) who have qualified themselves by undergoing the above said Test Examination. (6) To appoint some Hon. Consulting Engineers, (a) who have a thorough theoretical as well as practical
professional knowledge. (6) who are students of ancient architecture, · (c) who are upto date with the rapidly marching
conditions-of Europe and America in improved
methods of construction and principles of design. (d) whose advice and opinion as regards design and
construction would be of immense service. (e) who can be requested to pay occasional visits to
work in progress. Then I think we would be creating a new class of efficient
Architects and Builders or at least raising the To conclude state of present Salats and thereby doing an
immense service not only to ourselves but also to the country.
