J. S. Conference Herald. To the above list may be added the names of Mr. Neme. chand Mody B. A., of Sailana, now at Ajmer and Seth Jagabhai Dalpatbhai B. A., Messrs Keshavlal Amthasha B. A., Ghelabhat Chotalal B, A., and Manilal Hattisingh B. A., all of Ahmedabad, who took their degree of B. A, in the last Bombay University examination. Thus we are enabled to count 90 graduates on our list and more additions will most probabaly take the list to the number of one hundred.
- An examination of the list shows that Ahmedabad stands topmost being proud of holding 30 graduates. Next in order are Bombay, 8; Surat, 5; Ajmer, 4; Jamnagar, 4; Kaira, 4; Rajkote 4, Baroda, 3; Bhawnagar, 3; Dholka, 2; Jaipur, 2; Jodhpur, 2; Radhanpur, 2; Viramgam, 2 and the rest one each.
“In Jain Mat Samikhsha Case orders were issued by the District Magistrate on the 6th instt. Shambhoo Dattu author has been fined Rs. 500/- Ramchand printer, Rs. 250/- while Ramkrishna publisher has been ordered to give securities for the sum of Rs. 150/- for one year."
