We earnestly pray to Your Highness to grace the noble your the proceedings of the presence and open express your noble views by way of guidance and advice therein, and honour the Conference with your visits as may be convenient to Your Highness.

Besides the above privilege we humbly beseech Your Highness for the following concessions:
make all the 1. The Municipality of Pattan be asked to arrangements about light, sanitation, and the repairs of roads &c, outside the Bagwada gate in and near the mill-compound and near the quarters of the delegates.

2. The Police Department here be required to look Conference Mandap and render all necessary assistance for the preservation of order.
3. The government offices and educational institutions be asked to furnish chairs, tables, benches, stools &c.
4. To temporarily place at the disposal of the Conference all the government buildings available for the accomodation of 300 guests and delegates.
5. The local revenue officer be required to supplying us with cart, escorts &c for conveyance.

6. The revenue and police officer at Pattan and Mehsana and the police officer of Pattan Mehsana-Railway be asked to render all assistance in their power.
7 All the furniture and other articles ordered for the Conference from Bombay, Ahmedabad, Baroda &c and the kit of delegates, visitors &c to the Conference may be allowed free of duty in Pattan.
8 The officer of the Khangi Department be required to supply flags, vanes &c to decorate the Mandap &c, 15 tents with their walls, one coach and four, four carriage and pairs free of any charge.
As Pattan is a town situated in the corner of Gujarat, it is difficult to get all the conveniences and appliances obtainable in a city like Bombay, we have thought it to approach Your Highness with the above prayer.
