શ્રી કેશરીઆ નાથજીના મંદિરમાં ઘણી દિલગીરી ભરેલા બનાવતી ખખર આપતાં દિલગીરી થાય છે. મળેલા તાર–“ દિગંબરીઓને હાક્રમે અને તેના શ્વેતાંબર અનુયાયીઓએ લાઠીથી ગંભીર રીતે માર્યાં છે પાંચ માણસ મરણ પામ્યા, પદર મરવાની અણીપર, અને દાસાને ધ્વજદંડ અને મુકુટ કુંડલની ક્રિયા વખતે સખત ઘાયલ કર્યાં છે. ઘણી ગંભીર ઝપાઝપી.
ગઈ રાતે મ્હારી કમિટીને જે તાર મધ્યેા છે તેમાં લગભગ આ .હકીકત છે આ સમાચાર કેવા ભયંકર છે તે તાર ઉપરથી તમે જોઈ શકશેા. આ બાબતમાં તમે શું પગલાં લેવાના છે. તે હું જાણવા ઈચ્છીશ. તાત્કાલીક જવાબની રાહ જોતા, તમારા વિશ્વાસુ વિગેરે.
નેટઃ—આ પત્રની પહેાંચ તા. ૬ ઠીએ સ્વી કારવામાં આવી. તથા આ બાબતપર સપૂર્ણ ધ્યાન આપવામાં અને તપાસ કરવામાં આવે છે એમ જણાવવામાં આવ્યું.

Dear Sirs,
We regret to inform you that the following sad news occured at Shri Keshrianath Temple.
"All Digambaries are badly beaten by the Hakem and all his Swetambari followers on Dhwajadand and Mukut Kundal ceremony Five man died, 15 about to die, and nearly 150 are severely wounded by Mathis. Heavy struggle."

Above is the text of the Ist telegram, and telegram also confirms the same and further intimates that Swetambaris still aggressive and want to do the ceremony. on 6th Instt.
You will note from this the grave situation and inhumane action of Swetambers and Maharana's men. Hope you will exert your influence to stop this immediately, and let us know what you intend doing in the matter and oblige.

શ્રી કેશરીઆ નાથજીના મ`દિરમાં નીચે જણાવેલી દિલગીરી ભરેલી બીના છે. “ બધા દિગંબરીઓને ધ્વજાદંડ અને કુંડલની ક્રીયા વખતે હાકેમે અનેં તેના બધા શ્વેતાંબરી અનુયાયીઓ ખરાબ રીતે માર્યો છે, પાંચ માણુસ મરી ગયા, પંદર મરવાની તૈયારીમાં અને આશરે દેઢસાને લાડીએથી સખ્ત ઈજા થએલી છે. ભારે ઝપાઝપી. ’
પહેલા તાર ઉપર મુજબ છે, ખીજો તાર તેને ટકા આપે છે અને વધારામાં જણાવે છે કે શ્વેતાં. ખરીએ હજુ કજીએ ઉત્પાદન કરવાની વૃત્તિવાળા છે. અને ૬ ઠી એ ક્રીયા કરવા માંગે છે. શ્વેતાંબરીએ અને મહારાણાના માણુસના અમાનુષી કાર્ય અને ગભીર પરિસ્થિતિની નોંધ લેશો. આ તુર્તજ અધ કરવાને તમારી લાગવગ વાપરશે એવી આશા રાખું છું અને આ બાબતમાં શું કરવા માંગે છે તે અમને જણાવશે. તમારા વિશ્વાસુ ચુનીલાલ હેમચંદ 7th May 1927.
