that there is a great fear of the same being disallowed by the President unless they are very carefully worded so as not to come within the mischief of the rules which govern our procedure. (૪) શત્રુંજયના સવાલમાં જૈન કામને જે ધાર અન્યાય થયા છે તેની મને સંપૂર્ણ ખાત્રી થઇ ચુકી છે એમ તમને વિશ્વાસ આપવાની ભાગ્યેજ જરૂર રહે અને તે ફેરફાર માટે મારી શક્તિના પ્રમાણમાં બધું કરવાને તૈયાર છું. જો આ બાબતમાં વરિષ્ઠ ધારાસભામાં કાઇ પણ ઠરાવ મારી મારફતે રજી. કરાવવા અગરતા કાઇ પણ પ્રશ્ન પુછાવવા તમે માંગતા હૈ। તા તેના મુસદો તમારી પાસેથી મેલવવા હું ખુશી થશે. છતાં પણ હું તમને જણાવું છું કે જો તે અમારી કાર્ય પદ્માત માટેના ઘડાયેલા ધારા ધેારણના તાફાની ઝપાટામાં ન આવે એમ ઘણી સભાલપૂર્વક ધડવામાં ન આવે તે પ્રમુખ એ પ્રશ્ન લાવવાની રજા ન આપે એવા મને ભય રહે છે. સાથે સાથે હું જણાવું છું કે આવતા માર્ચમાં બજેટની ચર્ચા વખતે મારા ભાષણમાં હું એ પ્રશ્ન ઉઠાવવા ધારૂં છું, ૧-૧-૧૯૨૭ જમનાદાસ એમ. મહેતા.
