લાટ ( લાડ ) દેશ મુંબઈ ઇલાકામાં ગુજરાતમાં છે. લાઢની રાજધાની કાટિવર્ષ હતુ. કાટિવર્ષને હાલમાં બાણગઢ કહે છે અને તે બંગાળમાં દીનાજપુર જીલ્લામાં આવેલ છે. ગુજરાતના લાટ દેશની રાજધાની ઇલાપુર+ હતું. ભરૂચ પણ એ દેશની રાજધાની કેટલેાક સમય હતું.
લાટનાં પાટનગરો ઉપરાંત, લાટના સંબંધમાં નિમ્ન પ્રમાણુ ખાસ જાણવા જેવું છેઃ
