Whatever wrong I have done by thought, word, or deed - its for absolution.
(Repeat in morning and evening)

Om - name of supreme, universal, eternal, energy, generates prana up the Sushunina to Sahasrar where il merges with Supreme Consciousness. Hreem - seed of all extraordinary powers. Shreem - seed of fame, wealth and beauty. Kleem - Seed of wealth, basic energy. Arhum – God Hamsah - remover of poison.

KHĀMEMI SAVVE JIVĀ SAVVE JIVĀ KHAMANTU ME METTI ME SAVVE BHUYESU VERA MAJHAM N KENAI
I grant forgiveness to all living beings. And all living beings grant me forgiveness. My friendship is with all living beings. My enmity is totally non-existent.
