4. Many of the world's religious and spiritual leaders have been invited to participate in the parliament.
5. Participation in the 1993 celebrations at Chicago are by way of Cosponsors open to groups or institutions or individual registrations.
5.1 Criteria for co-sponsorship
5.1.1 Co-sponsors is open to group or institution, that wish to endorse the missions of the council for partliament of world's religions, Minimum contribution US$500.
