और Longitudinal Time Study करता है। किन्तु Longitudinal अध्ययन अपने जीवन की क्षणभंगुरता देखते हुए या तो परम्परा से गुरु से शिष्य के अवलोकन में आती जाती है, जैसा कि भारत में हुआ है अथवा केवली भगवान के केवलज्ञान में त्रिकाल, त्रिलोक झलकता है। उस पर जैनाचार्य और श्रावक आस्था रखकर ही जीवन यापन करते हैं।
