સંત તુલ્ય પૂ. ગોવિંદભાઈ રાવળ અને શ્રીમતિ સુમતિબેન રાવળકરેલ છે. જેવા ગાંધીવાદી કાર્યકરો જે સંસ્થાના પાયાના પત્થર બની, ૫૫-૫૫ વર્ષથી નિષ્કામ સેવા દ્વારા પોતાનું જીવન સમર્પિત કર્યું છે તેમને ભાવભરી વંદના.
આજના યુગમાં જ્યારે માનવીય મૂલ્યો ઘસાતા જાય છે ત્યારે પૂ. બાપુના આદર્શોને ઉજાગર કરી એ મૂલ્યોને પ્રતિષ્ઠિત કરનાર સેવાના આવા ભેખધારીઓ, આજની યુવા પેઢી માટે જરૂર પ્રેરણારૂપ બનશે અને ‘પૂ. બાપુ હજી જીવે છે' એની પ્રતિતી સૌને સતત થતી રહેશે.
કર્મયોગી એવા આ દંપતીના મહાયજ્ઞમાં અલ્પ પણ આહુતિ આપવાનું મને જે સદ્ભાગ્ય પ્રાપ્ત થયું છે તે બદલ હું શ્રી મુંબઈ જૈન યુવક સંધના સૌ કર્મનિષ્ઠ સેવાનો ઋણી છું.
સુવ્યસ્થિત આયોજન, દીર્ઘદ્રુષ્ટિ અને સમર્પણ ભાવ સાથે આ સંસ્થાના પદાધિકારી અને કર્મચારીગણે ૮૦-૮૦ વર્ષની પર્યુષણ વ્યાખ્યાનમાળાને ગૌરવાન્વિત કરી છે તે સૌને અંતઃકાપૂર્વક
અભિનંદન.
આ વ્યાખ્યાનમાળાના માધ્યમ થકી, છેવાડેના માનવીને પણ તેની ગરિમા બક્ષી, જે સંસ્થાઓ કાર્ય કરી રહી છે તેમને યથાયોગ્ય આર્થિક
સહાય કરવા જે અભિયાન, શ્રી મુંબઈ જૈન યુવક સંઘે ચાલુ કર્યું છે અને છેલ્લાં ૩૦ વર્ષોમાં આ ક્ષેત્રે જે કાર્ય કર્યું છે તે બદલ અભિનંદન. મા સરસ્વતી અને મા લક્ષ્મીજીની આનાથી ઉત્તમ કઈ ઉપાસના થઈ શકે ?

ferred language. Of course, a sea of knowledge and information is already available on Internet. There is no doubt that Language English will be nowwhere near flair and flowery Gujarati language. But today when
English learned post graduate asks –
ગસિનેર-ઓગણ્યાએંશી કે નેબાશી means what in English? Time has come to present some articles – write up in
the language they understand.
It is relevant to note that today's youth have in them
imbibed core values of Jainism in heart. It is primarily
because of their insistence and adherence to Jainism,
today eateries at most countries world over, be it ho
airlines, railways, places of tourism and even Cruises know and provide specially made Jain Food. In this context, it is my humble suggestion that for widening the base and for inclusive readership for the ben
efit of the youth, the esteemed 'Prabudhha Jivan' pub
lish atleast one-two articles on Jain spirituality in English.
