________________ Śivācārya Dhyānāmstam Acharya Shivmuniji, Trans. Dr. Ashok K. Singh (Revered Ācārya Dr. Sivamuni ji Mah. is not only a great practitioner of Atma Dhyāna-self realization but also a preacher of this type of Meditation. Self-realization brings spiritual development. Some Important Suggestions Prior to Self-Realization Practitioner should resolve firmly before meditation as follows(1) I will remain delightful in all circumstances. (2) I will perceive favourable even if circumstances are adverse. (3) I will be free from self-praise and other's censure.
