The sum of the square of half the diameter decreased by half the mouth and the square of a quarter of the mouth is multiplied by the square root of ten. This (result) is the accurate area (A) of a conchshell-like figure. (Ganitasārasaṁgraha 7.65-6) p=vod-.)
