Communication
There should be easy communication channel between the staff (e.g. Director, Curator, Collection In-charge, Conservator and all who work with them), so there will not be any working barriers.
Preparing Programme
All the activities aiming at the safeguarding the manuscript collection from deteriorating agencies should be properly programmed according to its need to the collection.
