There is a mention of a 'Javanika-pola' in the Jain temple at Mount Etegi Such curtains, as Shri C Sivaramamurti observes, were generally painted ones and adds that, according to Mr. P Brown And Dr Ananada K. Coomaraswamy, they are to be found oven today in Nepal and Tibet.
