It is appropriate, therefore, that this definition should be discussed in its tika. Thus a re-examination of the whole problem, in the light of the new evidences from Sanskrit, Tibetan, and Chinese sources, has resulted in suggesting the " Vadavidhi" and the " Vadavidhana" as two different works of Vasubandhu and the "Vadavidhanatika" as a commentary of the " Vada. vidhana."
