मृत्यु न होने से किसी भी आनुपूर्वी का उदय नहीं रहता । नरक गत्यानुपूर्वी पहले से घटी हुई है अतः ३ आनुपूर्वियों के घटाने से ६६ रहीं उनमें सम्यरमिथ्यात्व प्रकृति के मिल जाने से तृतीय गुणस्थान में उदय १०० का है। पिछले अनुदय की ११ और उदय व्युच्छित्ति की ६ प्रकृतियाँ मिलाने से २० हुई उसमें ३ आनुपूर्वी मिलाने और १ सम्यगमिथ्यात्व प्रकृति के घटाने से तृतीय गुणस्थान में अनुदय २२ का है तथा उदय व्युच्छित्ति १ की है। तृतीय गुणस्थान की उदय योग्य १०० प्रकृतियों में उदय व्युच्छित्ति की १ प्रकृति घटाने से ६६ रहीं। इनमें आनुपूर्वी की ४ तथ सम्यक्त्व प्रकृति के मिलाने से चतुर्थ गुणस्थान में उदय योग्यं १०४ प्रकृतियाँ हैं। पिछले अनुदय की २२ प्रकृतियों में उदय व्युच्छित्ति की १ प्रकृति मिलाने से २३ हुईं, उनमें से ४ आनुपूर्वी और १ सम्यक्त्व प्रकृति के घटाने से चतुर्थ गुणस्थान में अनुदय १८ का है और उदय व्युच्छित्ति १७ की है। चतुर्थ गुणस्थान की उदय योग्य १०४ प्रकृतियों में से उदय व्युच्छित्ति की १७ प्रकृतियाँ घटा देने से पंचम् गुणस्थान में उदय योग्य ८७ प्रकृतियाँ हैं। पिछले अनुदय की १८ प्रकृतियों में उदय व्युच्छित्ति की १७ प्रकृतियाँ मिल जाने से पंचम् गुणस्थान
