२५७ प्रश्न: अनाहारक किसे कहते हैं ?
उत्तर : जो उपर्युक्त आहार को ग्रहण नहीं करता है उसे अनाहारक कहते हैं।
२५८. प्रश्न: आहारक- अनाहारक अवस्था किन-किन गुणस्थानों में होती है ?
उत्तर : विग्रहगति को प्राप्त होने वाले चारों गति सम्बन्धी जीव, प्रतर और लोकपूरण समुद्घात करने वाले सयोगकेवली, अयोगकेवली और समस्त सिद्ध जीव अनाहारक होते हैं। अर्थात् पहले, दूसरे व चौथे में, समुद्धात की अपेक्षा तेरहवें में और चौदहवें गुणस्थान में अनाहारक अवस्था होती है तथा प्रारम्भ से लेकर तेरहवें गुणस्थान तक आहारक अवस्था होती है। आहारक का उत्कृष्ट काल सूच्यंगुल के असंख्यातवें भाग प्रमाण ( इतने काल पर्यन्त जीव ऋजुगति से उत्पन्न होता रहता है । और जघन्य काल तीन समय कम श्वास के अठारहवें भाग प्रमाण है। अनाहारक का उत्कृष्ट काल तीन समय और जघन्य काल एक समय है।
