द्वितीय संस्करण कर्मग्रन्थ का भाग ३, सन् १९६५ में प्रकाशित हुआ था । इन पांच करों में ही भाग १, २. ३. की समस्त प्रति समाप्त हो गई तथा पाठकों की मांग निरन्तर पा रही है। पाठकों की रुचि के पुस्तक की पयोगिता देखकर समिति में भाग १, २ का पुनः मुद्रण गत कार्य किया था । अन्न भाग ३ व द्वितीय संस्करण पाठकों की सेवा में प्रस्तुत है ।
इस संस्करण में प्रेस सम्बन्धी भूलों का प्रायः संशोधन कर लिया गया है, कहीं-कहीं संशोधन परिवर्धन भी किया है । बढ़ती हुई महागाई में बचा दुस्तक की लागत कोमल काफी बढ़ गई है, फिर भी हमने वही पुराना भूल्य ही
