मनुष्याय और देवाय ना बन्ध कहा है, बह! सिर्फ मनुष्यायु को बांधते हैं परन्तु देवायु को नहीं बांधते हैं । अतः ७७ की बजाय ७६ प्रकृतियों का बन्छ मानना माहिए।
सिद्धान्त के उक्त मत का समाधान कर्मग्रन्थ में कहीं नहीं किया गया है और बहुश्रुतगम्य कहकर छोड़ दिया है। लेकिन विधारणीय अवश्य हे और जब तक इसका समाधान नहीं होसा तब तक यह मानना पड़ेगा कि कृष्णादि तीन लेण्या वाले सम्यग्दृष्टि के जो प्रकृतिबन्ध में देवायु की गणना है वह कर्मग्रन्थ सम्बन्धी मत है, संडासिक मल नहीं है।
