बन्धविस्वामित्व दिगम्बर कर्मग्राहित्य का मन्तब्य
:
गदिआणु आउउदओ सपदे भूपुण्णबादरे ताओ । उच्बुदओ परदेवे श्रीमतिगुद गरे तिरिये ॥ २८५॥
किसी भि के पूर्व समय में ही उस विवक्षित भय के योग्य गति, आनुपूर्वी और आयु का उदय होता है। आय नामक का उदय बादर पर्याप्त पृuatara जीवों को ही होता है। गोत्र का उदय मनुष्य और देवों को ही होता है और स्त्यानद्ध आदि तीन निद्राओं का उदय मनुष्य और तिचों के होता है 1
स्त्यादि आदि तीन विनाओं के उदय का विशेष स्पष्टीकरण इस प्रकार है

संखाउगण र तिरिए इन्दियपज्जतगादु थोणतिय । जोगमुदेदु वज्जिय आहारविगुव्वशुद्धवमे ||२८६ ॥

संख्यात वर्ष की आयु वाले कर्मभूमिज मनुष्य और सियंत्रों के ही इन्द्रियपर्याप्त के पूर्ण होने के बाद स्त्यानद्धि आदि तीन निद्राओं का उदय हुआ करता है । परन्तु आहारक ऋद्धि और मैक्रिय ऋद्धि के धारक मनुष्यों को इनका उदय नहीं होता है।
अदाणे ण हि थी संदोवि य धम्मणारयं मुन्ना । श्रीमंदs कमसो णाणुचऊ चरिमदिष्णाण ॥२८७॥
निर्वृत्यर्यातक के असंगत गुणस्थान में वेद का उदय नहीं है। इसी प्रकार प्रथम नरक घर्मा (रत्नप्रभा) के सिवाय अन्य तीन गतियों को चतुर्थ गुणस्थानवर्ती नित्य पर्याप्त अवस्था में नपुंसकत्वेद का भी उदय नहीं
होता है। इसी कारण से स्त्रीवेद वाले तथा नपुंसकवेद वाले असंयत के कम से चारों अनूपूर्वी तथा नरक के चिना अन्त की तीन आनुपूर्वी प्रकृतियों का उदय नहीं होता है।
