नीच गोल | गाथा में दोनों भेदों के बन्धहेतुओं को बतलाया है। उनमें से उच्चगोत के बन्धहेतुओं को बतलाते हुए कहा है कि जो जीव गुणप्रेक्षी हैं, अर्थात् किसी व्यक्ति में दोषों के रहते हुए भी उनके बारे में उदासीन होकर सिर्फ गुणों को देखने वाले हैं, गुणों के प्रशंसक हैं; जातिमद, कुलमद, बलमद, रूपमद, श्रुतमद, ऐश्वर्यमद लाभमद और तपमद - इन आठों प्रकार के भेदों से रहित हैं, अर्थात् उक्त बातों का अभिमान नहीं करते हैं। सदेव सत्साहित्य के पढ़ने-पढ़ाने में रुचि रखने वाले हैं और जिनेन्द्र भगवान, सिद्ध, आचार्य, उपाध्याय साधु, माता-पिता और गुणी जनों की भक्ति करने वाले हैं वे उच्चगोत्रकर्म का बन्ध करते हैं ।
अर्थात् दूसरों के
जिन कृत्यों से उग का बन्ध होता है, उनसे उल्टे कार्यों को करने से जीव नोचगोत्रकर्म का बन्ध करते हैं। दोषों को देखने से, जाति, कुल आदि का अभिमान करने से पठनपाठन में अरुचिभाव रखने में और जिनेन्द्र भगवान, तीर्थङ्कर गुरु, माता-पिता आदि महापुरुषों में भक्ति न रखने आदि कारणों से नीचगोत्र का बन्ध होता है ।

इय कम्मविवागोथं लिहिओ देबिंदसुरिहि ॥ ६१॥ गाथार्थ - जिन भगवान की पूजा में विघ्न करने वाले हिंसा आदि पापों में तत्पर जीव अन्तराय कर्म का बन्ध करते हैं । इस प्रकार श्री देवेन्द्र सूरि ने इस 'कर्मविपाक' नामक ग्रन्थ की रचना की है।
विशेषार्थ - गाथा के पूर्वार्द्ध में अन्तरायकर्म के बन्धहेतुओं का और उत्तरार्द्ध में ग्रन्थ समाप्ति का संकेत किया गया है।
