गाथार्थ- उन्मार्ग का उपदेश देने और सन्मार्ग का अपलाप करने, देवद्रव्य का हरण करने और जिन, केवली, मुनि, चंत्य, संघ आदि के विरुद्ध आचरण करने से दर्शन मोहनीय कर्म का बंध होता है विशेषार्थ -गाथा में दर्शनमोहनीय कर्म के बन्धहेतुओं में से कुछ एक का संकेत किया गया है, जो इस प्रकार हैं-उन्मार्ग देशना, सन्मार्ग-नाश, देवद्रव्यहरण, जिन, मुनि, चैत्य, संघ-साधु-साध्वी, थावक-श्राविका आदि के विरुद्ध प्रवृत्ति, व्यवहार करना । इन कारणों की व्यास्था निम्न प्रकार है
(१) संसार के कारणों और कार्यों का मोक्ष के कारणों के रूप में उपदेश देने को उन्मार्ग-देशना कहते हैं, जैसे देवी-देवताओं के सामने पशुओं की बलि (हिंसा) करने में पुण्य बताना। मिथ्यादर्शन आदि को मोक्ष का साधन बाहना आदि । इसी प्रकार के अन्य कारणों को समझना चाहिए।
() संसारनिवृत्ति और मुक्तिप्राप्ति के मार्ग का अपलाप करना-मार्गनाश है, जैसे - न मोक्ष है, न पुण्य-पाप है, जो कुछ सुख है. वह इसी जीवन में है । खाओ-पीओ-मोज उड़ाओ। पुनर्जन्म नहीं है ! ला करके शरीर सुखाना है। आध्यात्मिक साहित्य पढ़ने में व्यर्थ समय गंवाना है आदि उपदेश देकर भोले जीवों को सन्मार्ग से हटाना।
३) देव याने ज्ञान-दर्शनादि गुण संयुक्त स्वयं आत्मा और इसी सरीखे अन्य जीव, इनके उपयोगी द्रव्य को देवद्रव्य कहते हैं । प्राणिरक्षा के उपयोग में आने वाले द्रव्य का हरण करना, अपव्यय करना, व्यवस्था न करना, देवद्रव्य-हरण कहलाता है । लौकिक दृष्टि से देव के लिए अर्पित द्रव्य की चोरी करना, उसे अपने उपयोग में लाना,
