अनन्तानुबन्धी क्रोध - पर्वत फटने से आई दरार कभी नहीं जुड़ती, इसी प्रकार यह क्रोध परिश्रम और आय करने पर भी शान्त नहीं होता है ।

संज्वलन मान -- बिना परिश्रम के नमाये जाने वाले बेंत के समान क्षणमात्र में अपने आग्रह को छोड़कर नमने वाला होता है ।
प्रत्याख्यानावरण मान - सूखे काष्ठ में तेल आदि की मालिश करने पर नरमाई आने की संभावना हो सकती है। इसी प्रकार यह महान कुछ परिश्रम और उपायों से दूर होने वाला होता है ।
अप्रत्याख्यानावरण मान-जैसे हड्डी को नमाने के लिये कठिन परिश्रम के सिवाय भी है अि
