Gommatasara Karmakanda-799 further states the proof of the special:
Loganamasankhamida, ahiyapamana havanti patteyam.
Samudayena vi tacciya, na hi anukittimmi gunahani.||955||
Meaning - The proof of the series (chaya) in the diminution of each individual quality is double the previous diminution, yet the total is only of the order of countless (asankhyata) loka. And even by combining all the series, it is only of the order of countless (asankhyata) loka. There is no diminution of qualities in the Anukrsti.
Special meaning - In the construction of the intended diminution of qualities, the proof of the series (chaya) by including the Anukrsti gaccha (a part of the asankhyata part of a palya) is obtained. Thus, in a gross form, it is only of the order of countless (asankhyata) loka. Here, the first section has one more chaya than the second and so on, yet all of them are said to be of the order of countless (asankhyata) loka. Thus, the divisions of the countless (asankhyata) loka are of the order of countless (asankhyata) loka, and there is no diminution of qualities in the Anukrsti gaccha. Therefore, the chaya of the most exalted sections is found to be one less than their immediate lower sections. Thus, after stating the proof of the Anukrsti gaccha and chaya, the proof of the sthitibandha-adhyavasayas (modes of existence-bondage) residing in those Anukrsti sections is stated.
The appropriate adhyavasaya (mode) for the jighanya (lowest) sthitibandha (existence-bondage) is to be known as the dravya (substance). And in the first diminution, the proof of the chaya in which the Anukrsti gaccha (a part of the asankhyata part of a palya) is included, is the Anukrsti chaya. And "vyekapadardhanachayaguno gaccha uttardhana" - the proof here is to multiply the half of the Anukrsti gaccha by the Anukrsti chaya, which is to be known as the chaydhana (chaya-wealth).
By subtracting the proof of the chaydhana from the proof of the jighanya sthitibandha-adhyavasayas in the first diminution, the remaining is to be known as the first section of the Anukrsti in the jighanya sthitibandha. The second and subsequent sections are more by one Anukrsti chaya. When the proof of the gaccha of one less Anukrsti in the jighanya section is more, the ultimate exalted section occurs. Here, "padahatamukhadadhana" - by multiplying the first section (mukha) by the form of the Anukrsti gaccha (pada), the addhana (initial wealth) is obtained. Thus, by combining the addhana and the chaydhana, the proof of the sarvdhana (total wealth) of the jighanya sthitibandha-adhyavasayas is obtained. Similarly, understand the Anukrsti construction in the second and subsequent places up to the end of the first diminution.
