Gommatasara Karmakanda-740: A क्षायिकसम्यक्त्वी is not a तिर्यञ्च देशव्रती. In the प्रमत्त and अप्रमत्तगुणस्थान, there are 4144 गुणकार. In the अपूर्वकरण of the उपशमश्रेणी and the सवेदअनिवृत्तिकरण, there are 8 less than one thousand, i.e., 992. In the portion with कषाय and अवेदअनिवृत्तिकरण, there are 168 गुणकार, in सूक्ष्मसाम्पराय there are 48, and in उपशान्तकषाय there are 24 गुणकार. In the सवेदभाग of क्षपक अपूर्वकरण and अनिवृत्तिकरण, there are 448, in the कषायसहित and वेदरहितभाग of अनिवृत्तिकरण there are 80, further in सूक्ष्मसाम्पराय there are 32, and in क्षीणकषाय there are 16 गुणकार. ||867 to 872||
Further, there are 256 गुण्य and गुणकार in the सयोगी and अयोगोगुणस्थान. In the सयोगी गुणस्थान there are 64, and in the अयोगीगुणस्थान there are 32. In this way, when the गुण्य is multiplied by the गुणकार, the resulting number is the प्रमाण. By subtracting one from each of these numbers, we get the प्रमाण of सर्वपदभंग. In सिद्धs, there are 31 सर्वपदरूप भंग, which are pure and without any distinction between गुण्य and गुणकार. In this way, the valiant श्रीवर्धमानतीर्थकर, without any assistance, has said so.
Special Note: Here, the desired number of भंग in the 15th जीवपद, which is the इष्टधन, is 16,384. This is one-fourth of 'पण्णट्टी'. By doubling this number and subtracting one, we get the total number of भंग from the first पद to the 15th पद, which is 32,767. The desired जीवपद has an इष्टधन of 32,768, which is half of 'पण्णट्टी'. These are the भंग of भव्यत्वरूप भाव, and there are an equal number of भंग of अभव्यभाव. Together, the भंग of भव्यत्व and अभव्यभाव are equal to 'पण्णट्ठी'. By doubling this number, we get two पण्णट्ठीप्रमाण भंग for each गति, i.e., two पण्णट्ठीप्रमाण भंग each for नरक, तिर्यञ्च, मनुष्य, and देवगति. In this way, the भंग related to the four गति (two पण्णट्ठी - 4) are eight times पण्णी. The भंग related to one लिंग are twice the भंग related to one गति, i.e., four पण्णट्ठी. Here, the number of लिंग found in the four गति (1 in नरकगति, 3 in तिर्यञ्चगति, 3 in मनुष्यगति, and 2 in देवगति) is 9. Therefore, there are 36 times पण्णठ्ठीप्रमाण लिंगसम्बन्धी सर्वभंग (9 x 4 = 36 पण्णट्ठी). By doubling the भंग related to one लिंग, which are four times पण्णट्ठी, we get the भंग related to one कषाय, which are eight times पण्णट्ठी. Multiply this by 4 in नरकगति (one लिंग and four कषाय - 144), by 12 in तिर्यञ्चगति (three लिंग and four कषाय - 344), by 12 in मनुष्यगति (three लिंग and four कषाय - 344), and by 8 in देवगति (two लिंग and four कषाय - 244) to get the number of भंग. In this way, the total number of भंग in all four गति, considering the combination of लिंग and कषाय, is eight times 36 पण्णट्ठी, which is 288 times पण्णट्ठी. By doubling the भंग related to one कषाय, which are eight times पण्णट्ठी, we get the भंग related to one लेश्या, which are 16 times पण्णवी. Multiply this by 52 in नरकगति (one लिंग, four कषाय, and three लेश्या - 14443), by 72 in तिर्यञ्चगति (3 लिंग, four कषाय, and six लेश्या - 34446), and similarly by 72 in मनुष्यगति (3 लिंग, four कषाय, and six लेश्या - 34446).
