विशेषार्थ - नामकर्म के भेदों में जो औदारिकादि पाँचशरीर हैं, उनमें अपने-अपने बन्धन और सङ्यात अन्तर्भूत हो जाते हैं, क्योंकि इनका शरीरों के साथ परस्पर अविनाभाव सम्बन्ध है। अत: इन दसप्रकृतियों का शरीरों के साथ ही बन्ध-उदय होता है। इसीप्रकार वर्णादि की २० प्रकृतियाँ भी वर्णरस-गन्ध-स्पर्शरूप चतुष्क में गर्भित हो जाने से बीस प्रकृतियाँ बन्ध-उदय में भिन्न-भिन्न नहीं हैं, किन्तु सत्त्व में इनको पृथक्-पृथक् गिना जाता है। अत: बन्ध और उदय वर्णादि चार प्रकृतियों का ही कहा जाता है।
अब बन्ध-उदय और सत्त्वरूप प्रकृतियों को चार गाथाओं से कहते हैं - . पंच णव दोण्णि छव्वीसमवि य चउरो कमेण सत्तट्ठी।
दोण्णि य पंच य भणिया एदाओ बंध पयडीओ ॥३५ ।। अर्थ - पाँच-नव-दो-छब्बीस-चार-सड़सठ-दो और पाँच ये क्रम से बन्ध प्रकृतियाँ हैं।
विशेषार्थ - पाँच ज्ञानावरण-नव दर्शनावरण-दो वेदनीय-छब्बीस मोहनीय, क्योंकि सम्यक्त्व और मिश्रप्रकृति का बन्ध नहीं होता, उदय व सत्त्व ही होता है। तथा चार-आयु, सड़सठनामकर्म की, क्योंकि पाँचबन्धन और पाँचसंघात का पाँचों शरीरों में अन्तर्भाव होता है तथा वर्णादि की १६ प्रकृतियों का वर्णचतुष्क में अन्तर्भाव होने से इन छब्बीस प्रकृतियों को बन्ध में पृथक् नहीं गिना है। गोत्र की दो और अन्तराय की पाँच, इस प्रकार १२० प्रकृतियों बन्धयोग्य कही गई हैं।

दोण्णि य पंच य भणिया, एदाओ उदय पयडीओ॥३६॥ अर्थ - पाँच ज्ञानावरण-नव दर्शनावरण-दो वेदनीय-अट्ठाईस मोहनीय-चार आयु सड़सठनामकर्म-दो गोत्र और पाँच अन्तराय की ये सर्व मिलकर १२२ प्रकृतियाँ उदय योग्य हैं। अब बन्ध तथा उदययोग्य प्रकृतियों का भेद तथा अभेदविवक्षा से कथन करते हैं -
भेदे छादालसयं इदरे बंधे हवंति बीससयं।
