Gommatasara Karmakanda-453
Because their bandha is observed there. Further, their vidhyatasankrama occurs up to the final moment of the apramattasamyata gunasthana. From the first moment of the apurvakarana gunasthana up to the final kandaka of the dvichamaraphali, their gunasankramana occurs. The reason for this is simple. The final phali undergoes sarvasankrama, because it gets destroyed by being projected into another prakrti. The pratiakhyanavaranachatushka is expounded similar to the apratakhyanavaranachatushka. The special point is that their adhahpravrttisamkrama occurs up to the desasamyata gunasthana.
The adhahpravrttisamkrama of arati and soka occurs up to the pratibaddhasamyata gunasthana, because their bandha is observed in them. In the apramattasamyata gunasthana, their vidhyatsamkrama occurs, because their bandha is not there. From the first moment of the apurvakarana gunasthana up to the dvichamaraphali of their final sthitikandaka, their gunasankrama occurs, because their bandha does not occur there due to aprasasdata. The sarvasankrama of their final phali occurs. The reason for this is simple.
The adhahpravrttisamkrama and gunasankrama, these two samkramas alone occur in the case of nidra, pracala and the aprasastavarna-gandha-rasa-sparsa and upaghata. As for example, the adhahpravrttisamkrama of nidra and pracala occurs up to the first seven parts of the apurvakarana gunasthana, because their bandha is observed here. Further, their gunasankrama occurs up to the final moment of the sukshmasamparaya, because their bandha does not occur there.
The adhahpravrttisamkrama of the aprasastavarnadi-chatushka occurs up to the sixth part of the seven parts of the apurvakarana gunasthana from the mithyatva. Further, their gunasankrama occurs up to the final moment of the sukshmasamparaya. Beyond this, their samkrama does not occur, because due to the absence of their bandha, the pratighata prakrtis are absent there.
The exposition of upaghata is similar to that of the varnachatushka. The vidhyatsamkrama of these seven prakrtis like nidra etc. does not occur, because their bandhanyucchitti occurs in the kshapaka and upasamaka srenis. Their udvegasamkrama also does not occur, because they do not get destroyed by being projected into other prakrtis.
The adhahpravrttisamkrama, vidhyatsamkrama and gunasankrama, these three samkramas occur in the case of the 20 prakrtis of asatavedniya, five sthanas, five samhananas, aprasastavihayogati, aparyapta, asthira, assubha, durbhaga, duhsvara, anadya, ayasahskiiti and nicagotra. As for example, the adhahpravrttisamkrama of asatavedniya, asthira and asubha occurs up to the pramattasamyata gunasthana, because their bandha is observed here. In the apramattasamyata gunasthana, their vidhyatsamkrama occurs, because the pratighata prakrtis are absent.
The adhahpravrttisamkrama of hundakasamsthana and asampraptasrppatika samhanana occurs in the mithyatva gunasthana.
