शङ्का - प्राप्त, श्रागम और पदार्थों में सन्देह किस कर्म के उदय से उत्पन्न होता है ?
समाधान--- सम्यग्दर्शन का घात नहीं करने वाला सन्देहः सम्यक्त्वप्रकृति के उदय से उत्पन्न होता है । किन्तु सर्वे सन्देह अर्थात् सम्यक्त्व का सम्पूर्ण रूप से घात करने वाला सन्देह और मूढत्व मिथ्यात्व कर्म के उदय से उत्पन्न होता है ।
शङ्का- उस प्रकृति का 'सम्यक्त्व' ऐसा नाम कैसे

समाधान — सम्यग्दर्शन के सहचरित उदय होने के कारण उपचार से 'सम्यक्त्व' ऐसा नाम कहा जाता है । प्राप्त ग्रागम और पदार्थों की श्रद्धा में शिथिलता और श्रद्धा की हानि होना सम्यक्त्व प्रकृति का कार्य है ।

सम्यक्त्वप्रकृति के उदय का वेदन होने से इस सम्यग्दर्शन का नाम वेदक- सम्यक्त्व है । वेदक सम्यग्दृष्टि जीव शिथिलश्रद्धानी होता है । बृद्धपुरुष जिस प्रकार अपने हाथ में लकड़ी को शिथिलता पूर्व पकड़ता है, उसी प्रकार वेदक- सम्यग्दृष्टि भी तत्त्वार्थ के विषय में शिथिलग्राही होता है | अतः कुहेतु और कुहष्टान्त से वेदकसम्यग्दष्टि को सम्यक्त्व की विराधना करने में देर नहीं लगती ।
नानात्मीयविशेषेषु चलतोसि चलं स्मृतं । लसत्कल्लोलमाला जलमेकमवस्थितं 11 स्वकारितेत्यादौ देवोऽयं मेऽन्यकारिते । अन्यस्यामिति भ्राम्यन् मोहाच्छ्राद्धोऽपि चेष्टते ।
- नानाप्रकार की आत्मा के विशेषों में चलदोष है । अपने द्वारा स्थापित कराई हुई स्थापित कराई गई मूर्ति में 'यह अन्य का देव प्रकार जल एक होते हुए भी नाना तरङ्गों में से श्रद्धान भी भ्रमरणरूप चेष्टा करता है" ।
