आदिपुराणम् निसंगवृत्तये तुभ्यं विभते पावनी तनुम् । नमस्तरस्विने रुग्ण महामोहमहीरुहे ॥४३॥ कर्मन्धनदहे तुभ्यं नमः पावकमूर्तये । 'पिशाजटिकामाय समिभ्यानतेजसे ॥४४॥ *भरजोऽमलसंगाय नमस्ते गगनात्मने । विमवेऽनाथनन्ताय महत्वावधये परम् ॥४५॥ "सुयज्वने नमस्तुभ्यं सर्वक्रतुमयात्मने । "निर्वाणदायिने तुभ्यं नमः शीतांशुमूर्तये ॥४॥ नमस्तेऽनन्तबोधादिविनिर्भकशकये। तीर्थकमाविने" तुम्यं नमः स्तादष्टमूर्तये ॥४॥
महाबल'नमस्तुभ्यं ललिताशाय ते नमः । श्रीमते वज्रजज्ञाय धर्मतीर्थप्रवर्तिने ॥४॥ धारण करनेवाले आपको नमस्कार हो ॥४२॥ आप वायुके समान परिप्रहरहित हैं, वेगशाली हैं और मोहरूपी महावृक्षको उखाड़नेवाले हैं इसलिए वायुरूपको धारण करनेवाले आपके लिए नमस्कार हो ॥४३।। आप कर्मरूपी इंधनको जलानेवाले हैं, आपका शरीर कुछ लालिमा लिये हुए पीतवर्ण तथा पुष्ट है, और आपका ध्यानरूपी तेज सदा प्रदीप्त रहता है इसलिए अग्निरूपको धारण करनेवाले आपके लिए नमस्कार हो ॥४४आप आकाशकी तरह पापरूपी धूलिकी संगतिसे रहित हैं, विभु हैं, व्यापक हैं, अनादि अनन्त हैं, निर्विकार हैं, सबके रक्षक हैं इसलिए आकाशरूपको धारण करनेवाले आपके लिए नमस्कार हो ॥४५॥ आप याजकके समान ध्यानरूपी अग्निमें कर्मरूपी साकल्यका होम करनेवाले हैं इसलिए याजकरूपको धारण करनेवाले आपके लिए नमस्कार हो, आप चन्द्रमाके समान निर्वाण (मोक्ष अथवा आनन्द) देनेवाले हैं इसलिए चन्द्ररूपको धारण करनेवाले आपको नमस्कार हो ॥४६।। और आप अनन्त पदार्थोंको प्रकाशित करनेवाले केवलज्ञानरूपी सूर्यसे सर्वथा अभिन्न रहते हैं इसलिए सूर्यरूपको धारण करनेवाले आपके लिए नमस्कार हो। हे नाथ, इस प्रकार आप पृथ्वी, जल, वायु, अग्नि, आकाश, याजक, चन्द्र और सूर्य इन आठ मूर्तियोंको धारण करनेवाले हैं तथा तीर्थकर होनेवाले हैं इसलिए आपको नमस्कर हो । भावार्थ-अन्यमतावलम्बियोंने महादेवको पृथ्वी, जल आदि आठ मूर्तियाँ मानी हैं, यहाँ आचार्यने ऊपर लिखे वर्णनसे भगवान् वृषभदेवको ही उन आठ मूर्तियोंको धारण करनेवाला महादेव मानकर उनकी स्तुति की है।॥४७॥ हे नाथ, आप महाबल अर्थात् अतुल्य बलके धारक हैं अथवा इस भवसे पूर्व दसवें भवमें महाबल विद्याधर थे इसलिए आपको नमस्कार हो, आप ललितांग हैं अर्थात् सुन्दर शरीरको धारण करनेवाले अथवा नौवें भवमें ऐशान स्वर्गके ललितांग देव थे, इसलिए आपको नमस्कार हो, आप धर्मरूपी तीर्थको प्रवर्तानेवाले ऐश्वर्यशाली और वनजंघ हैं अर्थात् वनके समान मजबूत जंघाओंको धारण करनेवाले हैं अथवा आठवें भवमें 'वनजंघ' नामके राजा थे ऐसे आपको नमस्कार
१. निःपरिग्रहाय । २. पवित्राम् । पक्षे पवनसंबन्धिनीम् । ३. वैगिने वायवे वा । यथा वायुः वेगयुक्तः सन् वृक्षभङ्गं करोति तथाऽयमपि ध्यानगुणेन वेगयुक्तः सन् मोहमहीरुहभङ्गं करोति । ४. भग्नमहा-अ०, ५०, स०, द०, ल । रुग्णो भग्नो महामोहमहीरुड़ वृक्षो येन स तस्मै तेन वायुमूर्तिरित्युक्तं भवति । ५. कर्मेन्धनानि दहतीति कर्मेन्धनधक तस्मै । ६. कपिलवर्ण। ७. पापरजोमलसंगरहिताय । ८. प्रभवे, पक्षे व्यापिने । ९. निविकाराय तायिने अ०, ५०, द०, स०, म०, ल०। १०. पूजकाय, आत्मने इत्यर्थः । ११. सकलपूजास्वरूपस्वभावाय । १२. नित्यसुखदायिने, पक्षे आह्लाददायिने । १३. अपृथक्कता। १४. भावितीर्थकराय । १५. क्षितिमूांद्यष्टमूर्तये । १६. भो अनन्तवीर्य, पक्षे महाबल इति विद्याधरराज । १७. मनोहरावयवाय, पक्षे ललिताङ्गनाम्ने । १८ वववत् स्थिरे जो यस्यासौ तस्मै, पक्षे तन्नाम्ने ।
