आदिपुराणम् हारस्तस्याः स्तनोपान्ते नीहाररुचिनिर्मलः । नियमावत्त फेनस्य काकुटमलसंस्पृशः ॥७३॥ प्रीवास्था राजिमिौजे 'कम्बुबन्धुरविभ्रमम् । सस्तावंसौ च हंसीव पाती सा दधे शुची ॥७॥ मुखमस्या दधे चन्द्रपनयोः श्रियमक्रमात् । नेत्रानन्दि स्मितज्योत्स्नं स्फुरदन्तांशुकेशरम् ॥७५॥ स्वकलावृद्धिहानिभ्यां चिरं चान्द्रायणं तपः । कृत्वा नूनं शशी प्रापत् तद्वक्त्रस्योपमानताम् ।।७६॥ कौं सहोत्पलो तस्या नेत्राभ्यां लजिवी भूगम् । स्वायत्यारोधिनं को वा सहेतोपान्तवर्तिनम् ॥७॥ कर्णपूरोल्पलं तस्या नेत्रोपान्ते स्म लक्ष्यते । 'दिलमायमस्पेव शोमा स्वश्रीविहासिनीम् ॥७॥ मुखपङ्कजसंसकानलकालीन् 'बमार सा । मलिनानपि नो धत्ते का शिताननपायिनः ॥७९॥ "धम्मिलमारमात्रस्तं सा दधे मदुकुशितम् । चन्दनमवल्लीव कृष्णाहे गे मायतम् ॥४०॥ इस्यसौ मदनोन्मादजनिक रूपसंपदम् । चमार स्वर्वभूरूपसारांशैरिव निमिताम् ॥८॥ लक्ष्मी चलां विनिर्माय यदागो वेभसार्जितम् । "तनिर्माणेन तन्नूनं तेन प्रक्षालितं तदा ॥८॥ पितरौ तां प्रपश्यन्तौ नितरां प्रीतिमापतुः । कलामिव सुधासूते: जनतानन्दकारिणीम् ॥८३॥
शैल हो हो ॥७२।। उसके स्तनोंके अग्रभागपर पड़ा हुआ बरफके समान श्वेत और निर्मल हार कमलकुड्मल (कमल पुष्पकी बौंडी) को छूनेवाले फेनकी शोभा धारण कर रहा था ।।७३||अनेक रेखाओंसे उपलक्षित उसकी ग्रीवा रेखासहित शंखको शोभा धारण कर रही थी तथा वह स्वयं मनोहर कन्धोंको धारण किये हुए थी जिससे ऐसी मालूम होती थी मानो निर्मल पंखोंके मूलभागको धारण किये हुए हंसी हो ॥७४| नेत्रोंको आनन्द देनेवाला उसका मुख एक ही साथ चन्द्रमा और कमल दोनोंकी शोभा धारण कर रहा था क्योंकि वह हास्यरूपी चाँदनीसे चन्द्रमाके समान जान पड़ता था और दाँतोंकी किरणरूपी केशरसे कमलके समान मालूम होता था ॥७॥ चन्दमाने.अपनी कलाओंकी वृद्धि और हानिके द्वारा चिरकाल तक चान्द्रायण व्रत किया था इसलिए मानो उसके फलस्वरूप ही वह श्रीमतीके मुखकी उपमाको प्राप्त हुआ था ॥७६।। उसके नेत्र इतने बड़े थे कि उन्होंने उत्पल धारण किये हुए कानोंका भी उल्लंघन कर दिया था सो ठीक ही है अपना विस्तार रोकनेवालेको कौन सह सकता है ? भले ही वह समीपवर्ती क्यों न हो ।।७७। उसके नेत्रोंके समीप कर्णफूलरूपी कमल ऐसे दिखाई देते थे मानो अपनी शोभापर हँसनेवाले नेत्रोंकी शोभाको देखना ही चाहते है ।।७८ वह श्रीमती अपने मुखकमलके ऊपर ( मस्तकपर ) काली अलकावलीको धारण किये हुए थी सो ठीक ही है, आश्रयमें आये हुए निरुपद्रवी मलिन पदार्थोंको भी कौन धारण नहीं करता ? अर्थात् सभी करते हैं ॥७२॥ वह कुछ नीचेकी ओर लटके हुए, कोमल और कुटिल केशपाशको धारण कर रही थी जिससे ऐसी जान पड़ती थी मानो काले सर्पके लम्बायमान शरीरको धारण किये हुए चन्दनवृक्षकी लंताही हो ।।८। इस प्रकार वह श्रीमती कामदेवको भी उन्मत्त बनानेवाली रूपसम्पत्तिको धारण करनेके कारण ऐसी मालूम होती थी मानो देवांगनाओंके रूपके सारभूत अंशोंसे ही बनायी गयी हो ।।८।। ऐसा मालूम पड़ता था कि ब्रह्माने लक्ष्मीको चंचल बनाकर जो पाप उपार्जन किया था वह उसने श्रीमतीको बनाकर धो डाला था।।८।। चन्द्रमाकी कलाके समान जनसमूहको आनन्द देनेवाली उस श्रीमतीको देख-देखकर उसके माता-पिता अत्यन्त प्रीतिको प्राप्त होते थे ।।८।।
