Mix grams Veg. Sandwiches 100 grams each of channadal, moong dal, Masoor dal, Harhar dal, & math dal 500 grams kand (Surti). Green Chutney & salt & green chillies.
Oil for frying. Soak all the dals & grind to a thick Paste add salt & green chillies. Peel kand & cut in round slices & fry in oil.
Heat oil, form round puries on hand & fry in hot oil when done take out & cut in two slices. To the cut sides spread green chuney. Put a slice of kand in between & sandwich cut into pieces & serve with tomato sauce. Tomato slice may be used instead of kand.

Bitter gourd feel Chillies. 1 Cup Dhana Atta.
Cup channa flour. 1 Cup Bitter gourd peel. i Cup oil.
Salt chillies, corriander leaves, Jaggery, turmeric powder, Dhania, Jeora Powder etc.
Add salt to ground peel & keep aside mix both the flours & add the salted peel. Put the required amount of masala's & little oil. Bind the flour to a stiff dough. Divide the dough into small pieces & each shape piece like a chilly & fry them in hot oil; this tastes best when served immediately.
Khakhra (Crisp Chapati) 1 Cup Dhana Atta.
Cup Wheat Flour 1 Cup Methi Bhaj.
Cup Ghee. Little Oil.
Salt, powder chillies, corriander leaves; green chillies, turmeric powder. Dhani jeera powder, lemon, jaggery etc.
