afraid it will not be available to our students. Last year I seoured with great diffioulty the Calcutta edition of the work, but as it could not be read by my students I had to dictate to them checking the text by the belp of some available works to me.
To give you some idea of the proposed edition : the text without commentary; extracts from commentary; the Niryukti text; bard Index to the text and Niryukti;marginal references;. references to repetitions, etc. The Volumes to be published according to the order of the scriptures and in an edition of 2000 copies :. books from octavo, Devanagri type on very superior paper. In fact I propose to do the work on the linas of the Pali text Society.
ઉપરના લખાણની મતલબ એ છે કે જેના કેનિકલ વર્કસ અને નિયુક્તિની આખી આવૃત્તિ કાઢવાને તેઓને વિચાર છે. આ સંબંધી ડૉ. જેકેબી સાથે તેઓને વાત થઈ છે અને ડે. જેકોબીએ જરૂર પડે ત્યારે સલાહ આપવાનું વચન પણ આપ્યું છે.
વળી તેઓ જણાવે છે કે અત્યાર સુધી જૈનાગમની ત્રણ આવૃત્તિઓ નીકળી છે. પરંતુ તેમાંની એકે અત્યારે મળતી નથી અને જોઇએ તેવી તે છે પણ નહિ. તેઓ સાથ સાથ એ પણ કહે છે કે-જે કે આગમાદય સમિતિની આવૃત્તિ વધારે સારી
