उपक्रमःअपवित्रः । केशादिचतुर्विंशतिनाम । आसनमन्त्रःभूतप्रेतपिशाचादिविघ्नकर्तृनिवारणम् । सकृत्तं मन्त्रमुच्चार्य आसनं परिकल्पयेत् ॥ प्रणवमन्त्रः
भूम्यादि ऊर्ध्वलोकस्य उपनयने दिवाकरः। दशप्रणवसंयुक्तः प्राणायामः प्रकीर्तितः ॥
