This Upanisat relates, in the form of a dialogue between Vasudeva and the sage Aswalayana, the greatness and the method of besmearing the body with Gopicandana accompanied by appropriate mantras. Though the subject matter is the same, there seems to be a change in the arrangement between this Upaniṣat and the preceding printed Upanisats of the same name.
