શાસ્ત્રગ (19) આ આ શાસ્ત્રગ કોને હોય છે? કેવા પાત્રને હોય છે? શ્રાદ્ધ-શ્રદ્ધાવંત એવા યથાશક્તિ અપ્રમાદીને તે હોય છે. આમ શાસ્ત્રી પુરુષ (1) તીવ્ર શાસ્ત્રબોધવાળો, (2) શ્રાદ્ધ-શ્રદ્ધાળુ, (3) યથાશક્તિ અપ્રમાદી હેય. તે આ પ્રકારે– તવ શાસ્ત્રબોધવાળે–આ શાઅોગીને સિદ્ધાંતને તીવ્ર બોધ-તીક્ષણ બોધ હોય છે. કુશાગ્ર બુદ્ધિના પ્રતાપે શાસ્ત્રનું સૂક્ષ્મમાં સૂક્ષ્મ રહસ્યભૂત ગૂઢ જ્ઞાન તેને તીવ્ર બોધ હોય છે, ઊંડામાં ઊંડા આશયવાળી તેની સમજણ હોય છે. શાસ્ત્ર એટલે શાસ્તા પુરુષનું-આત પ્રમાણભૂત પુરુષનું વચન. જીવને કાર્યકાર્ય વગેરે સંબંધી જે શાસન–આજ્ઞા કરે, અને તે નિર્દોષ શાસનવડે કરીને જે જીવનું ત્રાણ એટલે સંસારભયથી રક્ષણ કરે, તે “શાસ્ત્ર” છે, એમ તેને વ્યુત્પત્તિ અર્થ છે અને આવું શાસ્ત્ર તે નિર્દોષ એવા વીતરાગ સર્વજ્ઞનું જ વચન હોઈ શકે, બીજા કોઈનું નહિં. “શાણનાત્રાળરાજેશ : રાન્ન નિક્ર | वचनं वीतरागस्य तच्च नान्यस्य कस्यचित् // " –શ્રી યશોવિજયજીકણીત અધ્યાત્મપનિષદુઃ આ શાસ્ત્રસમુદ્રને પાર પામવો ઘણે દુષ્કર છે. મોટા મોટા મતિમ તે પણ તેમાં થાકી જાય, અથવા ગોથું ખાઈ જઈ દિમેહને પ્રાપ્ત થાય, એવી તે શાસ્ત્રસમુદ્ર “જિન પ્રવચનની દુર્ગસ્થતા” છે. શ્રી સદ્ગુરુના કૃપાપ્રસાદથી, અવલંબનથી, ગુરુગમથી જ તે દુર્ગમ આગમ પણ સુગમ થઈ પડે છે. જિન પ્રવચન દુગમ્યતા, થાકે અતિ મતિમાન; અવલંબન શ્રી સશુરુ, સુગમ અને સુખખાણ.”–શ્રીમદ્ રાજચંદ્રજી "महामतिभिनिःशेषसिद्धान्तपथपारगैः।। क्रियते यत्र दिग्मोहस्तत्र कोऽन्यः प्रसर्पति / / " -શ્રી શુભચંદ્રાચાર્યજી કૃત શ્રી જ્ઞાનાર્ણવ. એવા દુર્ગમ આગમ-સાગરને પણ શ્રી સદ્ગુરુકૃપાપ્રસાદથી આ શાસ્ત્રની ઉલંઘી ગયેલ હોય છે, તેનું રહસ્યબૂત જ્ઞાન પામી ગયેલ હોય છે, અને સર્વ શ્રતનું રહસ્ય પણ કેવલ એક શુદ્ધ આત્માને જાણવો-ઓળખ-પામવા એ જ છે. " દ્વાદશાંગી૪ શ્રી જિનેશ્વરે કહી છે, તેમાં પણ એક આત્મા જ આદેય-ગ્રહણ કરવા યોગ્ય છે, અને બાકી બીજું બધુંય હેય-ત્યજવા ગ્ય છે.” એ જ પરમ સારભૂત મુખ્ય વાત કહી છે. આવું ભાવશ્રુતજ્ઞાન * “વત્તા નિનૈત્ક્રમેન, શ્રતં તોડાયનેમેન્ટ तस्मिन्नुपादेयतया चिदात्मा, शेषं तु हेयत्वधियाभ्यधायि // " પદિ પંચવિંશતિકા.
