Understanding the attainment of the path of yoga in the state of **alpatva** of **bhavamala**, the attainment of **yogabīja** etc. in **charma-yatha-pravṛttikaraṇa**, the acceptance of **charma-yatha-pravṛttikaraṇa** as **apūrva-rūpa**, the **guṇasthānaka** of **mithyā-aṣṭi** from the perspective of yoga.
**Verses 41 to 48** describe **tārā-deṣṭi**. The nature of **tārā-deṣṭi** is described in verses 42 to 45. The nature of other **guṇas** is described in verse 46. The nature of the **jijñāsā** that manifests in **tārā-deṣṭi** and the nature of the fear that arises from the defect in **svakriyā** are described in verses 47 and 48.
