VII. This is another inscription in a single line, 2 long. The size of the letters is about ". The characters are Nagari, and the language is Sanskțit. The inscription contains the words: “Om ! In the Grahapati family, the Sreshthin Panidhara; his song, the Śreshthin Trivikrama, and Alhaņa, (and) Lakshmidhara;" and the date " the year 1205 (which, as a year of the Vikrama era, corresponds to A.D. 1147-48), the 5th day of the dark half of the month) Magha."

VIII. This inscription is on the base of a Jaina image and is in a single line, divided into two parts by a boss: the first part is 1' 77" and the second 1' 5" long. The size of the letters is about #". The characters are Nagari, and the language is Sanskrit.
The inscription is dated in the year 1215 (which, as a year of the Vikrama era, corresponds to A.D. 1157-58), on the 6th day of the bright balf of (the month) Magha. in the prosperous reign of victory of the illustrious Madanavarmadeva. And it records that the statue on which the inscription is, was caused to be set up by the Sádhu Salhe, the son of Pa hilla, who was the son of the Sreshthin Deda, of the Grahapati family, and adds that the song of Salhe, Mahagana, Mahichandra, Siriobandra. Jinachandra, Udayachandra, and the rest, always bow down to Sambhavanatha. The name of the artizan was Ramadeva. The name Pahilla we have met before, in inscription No. III.
