At 11 arrived at Zergone, being 5 farsangs, good way; come over a large bridge, a small river runing under it ; 3 farsangs more came over a great quantity of water and mud, had three or four mules stuck in it. In this place saw a vast quantity of wild fowls ; being weary, would not goe after them. Zergone is a large village under a great hill; here may buy good butter, fowles &c. My expences hors:
