These are formed with the aid of the substantives lat (m. pl. 11 taţi, fem. pl. aš laši), jaz phiri (f. pl. vay phiri), time, turn ; ús gun, fem. ús gan, 'fold it in the following manner : — at si aki lași, one time, once ; 4.-5.4 beyi lați, another time ; atí nas doyi lați, the second timo ; ats trąh lați or aby w trayi lați or body w trak phiri, three times (also wake wsi tran laçan); that cati phiri or conta com satan latan, seven times ; anti treyimi lați, for the third time ; có atí ažíó satati lați sat, seventy times seven ; ati katsi lași, how many times, how often ; also ato da loo kõtsåhi lași (Matth. xxiii. 37); ارگن ] kataan la!an tam, up to how many times کچن ان نام egnun, fem ارگن . agen, one درگن ; fold adgum, fem دو کن . atgam, twofold تركن ; tregum, fem نرگن . regen, three-fold (; toons, four-fold; Matth. riii. 3 has چگن ترمه گن [ shaha شیٹهه گن ;trahe gen, thirty-fold gạn, sixty-fold; of abó hatą gąn, a hundred-fold (all as adverbs). 266. (2) DISTRIBUTIVES. These are formed by the repetition of a number; e.g., dí dí ak ak, each on (cf. .(panani panani shahras andar each in his own city پندس بندی شهر اندر 267. IV. Quantitative Adjectives. (1) gomen's ba*r(dat. Otan ba'ziyan), some : 6.9., unyo wło gordinh daört sốni dost, some of our friends. (2) decim's kaintoq (instr. spiss kaintsau), several. (3) dating wetha (dat. water reshun, also wenta repkahan ; instr. being reshau) many. وری (4) sdr-v (aat ثه ماريدي . rtiny; fem ثه ساری . rs), whole rھ ساری جمات ,.9 ; jama'at, the whole assembly : abl ساری . adri (for ساره ينده ساری دله سبت .9 .4 ;(riy ساری (5) sari (dat ماري ,sdren سارن . adren-gy; instr ساروی . sario-gy), all . 06ru-y or و یه وری (6) bah, the whole وya serw به شی کنه orn-y kah شرژی کنه په ; panani sárí dilą sút, with his whole heart. yi, all that. 288. . Declension of Numerals, The Numerals are declined like adjectives. Thus:- Jí ak; dat. m. cousi akis ; instr. m. أن ki ; gen. m ي أكشنه . ki-sond, or .abyak اکیک . (The word in a corruption of the Skr. gwna, not of gana, a mas, as suggested by the author]
