७१. अज्झवसिएण बंधो, सत्ते मारेज्ज मा थ मारेज्ज ।
एसो बंधसमासो, जीवाणं णिच्छयणयस्स ॥७॥
हिंसा करने के अध्यवसाय (विचार या भाव) से ही कर्म का बन्ध होता है, फिर कोई जीव मरे या न मरे । निश्चयनय के अनुसार संक्षेप में जीवों के कर्म-बंध का यही स्वरूप है ।
૭૧. હિંસા કરવાના ભાવથી પણ કર્મબંધ થાય છે, પછી ભલેને
કોઈ જીવ મરે કે ન મરે. નિશ્ચયતય મુજબ સંક્ષેપમાં, જીવતા કર્મબંધનું આ જ સ્વરૂપ છે.
71. Even with intention to commit violence, karmic
bondage takes place irrespective of whether any living being is killed or not. In short, according to 'NISCHAYA NAYA' (realistic Point of view) this is the nature of karmic bondage of the soul.
७२. हिंसादो अविरमणं, वह परिणामो य होइ हिंसा हु ।
तम्हा पमत्तजोगो, पाणव्ववरोवओ णिच्चं ॥८॥
हिंसा से विरत न होना और हिंसा का परिणाम रखना हिंसा ही है। इसलिए प्रमाद का योग नित्य-प्राणघातक है।
૭૨. હિંસાથી વિરત ત થવું અને હિંસાનું પરિણામ રાખવું એ હિંસા
છે. તેથી પ્રમાદનો યોગ નિત્ય પ્રાણઘાતક છે.
72. Absence of any commitment (avowedness)
to refrain from violence and to continue to keep violent attitude is virtually violence. Hence it is perpetually fatal to be in the state of negligence.
